Hi Vince, I was a student of yours at the Buena Park school from 1978 until 1983. What I learned from you is extremely valuable and I will carry it for the rest of my life. I also very much appreciate your teaching style and your method of promoting safety. Several years after I stopped training with you with I learned from another instructor where there was more contact. I injured very badly and required two surgeries to repair which caused me to miss 10 weeks of work and has forever changed my life and not in a good way. Thank you again for your excellent instruction. Submitted By: Bruce Darby

Hi Mr.Vince, as per your advice I talked to my son Zuhair Khan yesterday. I am sure in his next class he will be more focused and serious. Similarly, I was watching the class through the whole session and felt that there are a lot of students who are more trained and capable than he is. Since its his 4th kung foo class. He is unaware of a lot of complexities involved and just playing around for example can get him or his partner hurt. But as an instructor I expect you to give individual attention( as the class has a lot of students with different levels all in one class can be a stretch). But putting the students in one corner is effective for sometime but the importance is to involve them, to engage them and to keep them closer to you so they can see you and copy you. Every child has a different way of learning and coping mechanism. I am disciplinary mother as my father was in military. I assure you he will be on his best behavior Submitted By: Aminah

I have been looking around for weeks now and finally found the new book about the early life of Grandmaster Woo. It’s a wonderful book. I found it at this website if you’re interested in checking it out. http://kungfusansoo.com/Pleasant_Hill_Publishing.html Happy Holidays! Submitted By: Master Drew Bankston
